Not the levels of 2020-2023, but still good. Still a sellers market.
Prices are holding steady, even rising slowly.
Excellent time to sell.
Illinois:
Illinois (Lansing, South Holland, Lynwood) has pretty much the same market as Indiana.
Not the levels of 2020-2023, but still good. Still a sellers market, especially for those who updated their homes and made it really attractive.
Home Prices are steady or even slightly rising, for the nice, updated homes.
Homes that need updating are sitting longer on the market, unless the price reflects the lack of updates.
Excellent time to sell.
